Yes, in the coming few months (by the end of the year we hope) JS Rock Penpals is being re-launched as a free, Internet-based penpals site for all people into Rock Music ages 13+.
It was originally a postal service, but as more and more people discover the benefits of the Internet, it was decided that the service had to move with the times.
