About JS Rock Penpals...

JS Rock Penpals was created to provide a contacts and penpals service for people (originally UK-only but now worldwide) who are fans of rock music in its various forms, shapes and structures.

It was originally set up as a postal service years ago, but with more and more people using the Internet as a primary means for getting in contact with other like-minded people, it was decided that a free Internet-based service would be a good way of contributing to the rock music community throughout the world.
